Acceptance of order

The contract in respect of the goods supplied,  takes effect when the order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our website does not constitute our acceptance of an order.

Refunds Policy

We offer a 10 day refunds policy assuming the package has been not been opened.

Please inform us immediately to arrange for the product to be returned, if you think that you have purchased the wrong product, or that the product is defective, we will refund you the purchase price provided that:

• The goods are returned to us in an unopened, resaleable condition.
• The goods are returned to us within 10 days of the purchase date (if a wrong product has been despatched)
• The goods are returned to us within 28 days of the purchase date if defective (manufacturing defect).

Our right to Cancel and refund

In the event of non-delivery of products, we reserve the right to refund the product cost back the customer.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, childcarseatsdirect.com cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Product Guarantee

All items purchased from childcarseatsdirect.com are covered by a manufacturers or suppliers guarantee.

We will exchange goods if they display a manufacturing fault within 28 days.

If goods display a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.

Accidental Damage

Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made for the replacement of products and/or parts.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
